Velvet armchairs

Velvet armchairs bring a touch of luxury and warmth to any living room. They’re soft to the touch and durable. The plush texture and elegant finish of velvet make it a favourite for those looking to add sophistication and comfort to their home.

Our Montgomery armchair is available in velvet, with a range of colours to suit your interior.

Quality inside and out

Made with longevity in mind, our fabric armchairs are built with hardwood in the frame and quality upholstery that’s both tactile and durable, so you can be sure your chair will take pride of place in your living space for many years to come.

Styles for every home

With so many designs, there’s a fabric armchair for your home, no matter what your style is. Whether you favour a Scandi aesthetic, prefer a mid-century look, a dreamy cloud-like chair, or fancy a fabric recliner armchair, we’ve got you covered for choice.

Fabric armchairs in a range of colours

Our fabric armchairs come in a range of colour palettes, including classic neutrals such as grey, cream, beige, and brown, while we also have black armchairs for a more statement look.

If you like to add some colour to your home, browse our selection of armchairs in brighter shades, with choices ranging from deep green, cheerful yellow, refreshing teal, and rich red. Plus, you can choose from different fabrics, including plush velvet that’s perfect for adding a touch of luxury to any space.

What’s the best fabric for an armchair?

The best fabric for an armchair depends on your lifestyle and personal style. Many of our armchairs are upholstered in durable, easy-care fabrics that are designed for real life — perfect for busy homes with children, pets, or everyday spills.

Polyester blends are a popular choice, offering long-lasting comfort with a soft touch. These fabrics are hard-wearing and fuss-free, making them ideal for high-traffic spaces like living rooms and snugs. If you're after something with a little extra texture and warmth, velvet armchairs are a great way to introduce a cosy, luxurious feel to your space, making them perfect for curling up in style.

Find a matching footstool and sofa

You can pair your fabric armchair with a matching footstool and sofa to create a cohesive and inviting look in your living room. With our fabric sofa selection, you can choose to complement your armchair or create a contrasting look with different colours and textures.
